I move the Board of Education to approve the purchase of Primary Storage Systems in the amount of $183,722.50, to be paid from the Sinking Fund, as presented.
Background Information:
BHS's current primary storage solution has reached end of life and requires replacement. This system serves as the district’s core storage platform, housing critical data and systems that support daily operations across the organization. The replacement system is being procured through a cooperative purchasing agreement and therefore does not require a formal bid process.
